Hi-Bit conversion upsamples original CD data stream to 24-bit, 96kHz for digital filtering and DA conversion (feature DV-525/DV-343 or similar Pioneer DVD unit), 192kHz in DV-563A/DV-45A. This allows much gentler filtering slopes, i.e. better accuracy of the analog signal.

Remember we can provide modified multi-disc CD players to use as CD players or transports. We like the Pioneer players as 'base units' which play 101 and 301 discs.
